Connectedness

I see the vital importance of working together. I strive to globally connect the world in a manner that still respects and upholds differences such as culture and viewpoint. I don't want to build dependencies and hierarchies but partnerships. I see the repercussions of my actions and life beyond my own personal web of influence but far beyond into the broader community and world. I become restless when life starts to lack a greater purpose. I can naturally look past a person's exterior into who they are. I am adept at seeing the bigger picture and drawing out links and connections. I thrive on connecting people with each other, to resources, and to opportunities.  

Belief

 I hold strongly to my core values. From these are where I orient my life and purposes. I feel it is necessary to identify my shortcomings by confronting them. I have a knack for identifying possible problems and obstacles before others might recognize them. I intentionally surround myself with those who live a life of authenticity, honesty, and integrity. I see authenticity as key to letting people optimize themselves to their fullest potential.

Positivity

My enthusiasm can be rather contagious. I find the act of work pleasing in itself. I can identify trends and opportunities that some may overlook. This often leads me to come up with sound alternative courses of action. I feel my best when I can establish a degree of equilibrium among the many aspects of my life.

Futuristic

 Goal setting and completing is a personal forte of mine. I have a way of being able to envision the future in a way that consistently drives me towards growth and can also inspire others into doing the same. I have the ability to see deadlines approaching and concentrate on the right activities in order to not waist time on irrelevant information or distractions.  

Restorative

I am adept at dealing with problems. I am quick to see the root of an issue and find a way to resolve it. I look for ways to overcome my limitations or shortcomings. For example, I will seek to gain basic skills that will allow me to complete a task without having to ask for help. I like to show up prepared and make situations as easiest as possible in group settings. I do not mind suggesting areas of improvements and openly welcome constructive criticism.
