WHAT IS A DAY-OF-COORDINATOR and why might it be the best decision you make to hire one?

A wedding is a big ordeal. Odds are, you have spent quite a bit of love, time and attention into planning your big day. Your wedding day should be a big, joyful, seamless execution of the party you have been planning, with absolutely no stress on your shoulders. That's where a "day-of-coordinator" comes in (or as I like to think of it, "month -of- coordinator"). For those who have not hired a full service wedding planner, you can pass the baton to your day-of-coordinator to ensure that the wedding goes on, stress free, without a hitch!

Things to expect as a part of my Day-of-Coordinating package:

1. I become the primary contact for all vendors the day of the wedding 

2. I communicate with vendors before the day of the wedding on drop off and pick up times

3. I will work with you and your vendors to create a seamless wedding and reception timeline

4. I will be available to run the dress rehearsal

5. I estimate 12-15 hours on the wedding day. This allows me to be one of the first people at the wedding venue and the last to ensure proper clean up

6. I can assist with the execution of wedding decor set up and transportation of some of the decor to the venue

7. I will work with the DJ to ensure the wedding and reception moves along according to the timeline

8. I will make sure everything is sent home at the end of the night with the right person

9. I will assist the bride and groom in dispersing tips to vendors at the end of the night
